I would like to update my Hello Beaches (retired Genesis theme) to the new Kadence theme

I’d like to update my themes (mainly because I love the new pages that have been created): service page, resources page ETC.
My questions are:
1- Do we have to purchase the new theme at full price again? (no worries if so just making sure that’s the route that needs to be taken)
2- Is there anyway to update without having to re-do all of my blog post content etc. Will I have to re-do all the customizations I’ve made.
3- Does Kadence theme mean no code is needed?
4- is it possible to have the new pages: resources page, services page on my current old genesis framework?

1 – Yes, because it is not the same theme. Really the only thing similar is that homepage. Everything else is a new platform, more options and more templates.
2- You do not need to redo the blog posts, or interior pages if you do not want to. Mainly your homepage, logo location, footer content, colors and other minor settings will need to be redone
3 – In genesis you needed some minor code to make adjustments, and anything major had to be done in the code. With kadence everything is in the editor, no code, like button code, scrolling code, ect.
4 – You can create those on your current genesis theme with the genesis blocks or default wordpress blocks and get a similar style. But if you are looking specifically for the Kadence styling, then you would need to swap themes.
