Hi Jennifer,
I am having an issue since this morning with the customizer. I am getting this message error “Looks like something’s gone wrong. Wait a couple seconds, and then try again.” and cannot save any more changes.
Also I have purchased the Hello Iris block collection but am having issues with some blocks:

  • the Iris icons that rotate don’t rotate in my blocks, I believe this is because the advanced CSS says “iris-rotate” but my initial theme is hello Rosette
  • all blocks that have the pink horizontal line aside the image don’t show the line. You can see an example in the first and last block of my about page: https://www.thatcutedish.com/about/

Have you recently changed anything? Like plugins? Or does the site need to be updated, like WordPress or php? If that is not it, please email the login details and I can hop on.

For the block collection, there is a style sheet zip file in your account. In that zip file is the css you need for the iris blocks. Copy/paste it into your additional css spot in the customizer.

I haven’t made any changes to plugins recently, I only restructured part of my layout. The customizer worked fine two days ago, so I’m not too sure why it stopped working today when saving changes. I will email you my login details.

Thank you for the information regarding the Iris blocks, I found the stylesheet CSS file.
