Kadence Hello BOHO – Recommended image sizes

Do you have a list of the recommended images sizes for the Kadence Hello BOHO theme?  I’ve been unable to locate one anywhere and image sizes vary inside media library.

With Kadence you can pretty much load in any size and it will auto crop them to your desired ratios chosen.  There is no longer a need to make sure every featured image is the same size.  Usually recommend 1000×1500.  Or if a wider image is desired 1900. X1080.  Then for normal post images there is not a need to go over 1500 wide.  Anything more is just adding extra size that will not be used for display.
