Kadence Starter Templates Loading Issue

I was able to load the theme and AI Starter Template. However, once I clicked on the Hello You Designs logo, the site gave me the loading circle and nothing happened (I even let it run overnight, in hopes that it was just a super slow connection). I tried deleting and re-installing the plug-in, and that didn’t work. I also double checked that my memory limit and post max size are both at 512KB, and do NOT need to be updated through JustHost. 
 
What other suggestions do you have for getting the customized starter templates installed?

If anyone else runs into this issue, it is from the host files and is a CORS Error. This is something your host should be able to fix. If your tech support is not the most helpful, trying a fresh install usually does it. By fresh, that means a brand new wordpress install.
