Need Help Duplicating a Page

I am trying to setup my store on my site (Hello and Co theme) and I want to duplicate the page that is titled Shop in my list of pages. It is a page that you created. But when I duplicate the page using a plugin (and I have tried several different plugins just to make sure it wasn’t the plugins problem), none of the content copies over. I noticed also that when I go into the original Shop page that you created, I am unable to edit any of the content. This makes me wonder if something isn’t wrong with the page. I know that we have seen something similar to this problem a while back, but I don’t remember what you did to fix it. Can you take a look? I know that you should still have all of my login info.

The shop page is created automatically by woocommerce. They have shortcodes that you can use to add to a page to get the same layout. Here is a link to the woocommerce shortcodes
