Newsletter hello rosette block issue

Hi Jennifer, 
I am translating my blog into a second language and while doing so, I realize the Hello Rosette newsletter block is still bugging. Despite setting the collapse order as REVERSE, the iPad image still goes at the bottom after the text instead of above it. I tried adding the block again, but it seems the issue is within the default block. Could you have a look at it?
