No option to select ‘AI Starter Templates’ Hello Blogger new install

Hi Jennifer, I’m switching from Hello Boho to Hello Blogger. I followed your tutorial for the new theme install, but the option you describe – select AI starter templates – doesn’t appear to be available. I am using a staging platform if that’s helpful. Attaching your instructions and what I can see on my side. Many thanks
