Page Footer and Email Optin

I have two questions:
- How do I edit the default footer at the bottom of a page?
- I added the email opt-in block from the Hello Coach layout and it only has a place to submit the email. How do I add the first name and last name?

The footer can be edited from the customizer, or by going to Appearance > Widgets > for a larger editing view, but you will not have the live editor.
The form is created from your provider and then inputed. So whoever you use for your newsletter you would add those inputs if you want to collect it, and then add your form to the site.
