I am trying to add in my Genesis Subscription Widget and the box pops up, but no text. Can anyone help me? I have reached out a few times and haven’t heard back and am starting to feel frustrated trying to figure it out.  I am not sure why the text won’t pop up like it does in the demo and info I’m following.

I am just using the widget that was provided in the demo.

WordPress? I am confused on how to do this so I don’t know if I have a provider.

Currently I set up the Noptin plugin to have some sort of subscribe feature on my blog.

With the Genesis Enews plugin you have to connect it to a newsletter provider. Some examples are Mailchimp, Convertkit, Aweber, Mailerlite. If you do not have one, a good one is Mailchimp, they are free for the first 2k subscribers.
