Setting Up Blog Hello Coach

I recently asked about setting up my Hello Coach blog, however, have tried to apply the suggestions and can’t seem to figure it out. Is there a place where detailed instructions are provided? I am not being given the option to apply the traditional blog page, additionally I don’t know how to set it up to show on my site.

With wordpress the blog roll is something that wordpress will automatically do when a page is assigned to the blog spot.  Create a page, call it blog, or whatever you want it to be, then go to Settings > REading > and assign that page as your blog.  WordPress will then automatically pull all of your posts to that spot.
