Hi – I have followed the theme setup instructions but when I look at the site it looks nothing like the site theme that I purchased. There also is only 1 home page option.

That is not the theme homepage.  If you go to settings > Reading > you can assign homepage 1 as the homepage for the site.  The one that is showing is from your previous install.
