Social Icons Not Working on Small Nav Bar Hello Foxy

I added the “simple social icons” to the Nav Social Menu widget.
I saved my links and customized the colors. It is not working. What do I need to do to get it to look like the demo with the full color bar at the top and show the little magnify glass with the search? 
I added the “simple social icons” to the Social Footer widget and that one is showing up perfectly.

For Hello Foxy, you have to enable the small menu.  If you go to Appearance > Menus > Create a menu that will be assigned to the Small Nav.  It can be empty.  Once you do that, your icons will show.  The setup instructions for this is also in the support docs under Setup Your Menus.  Let me know if you have any issues.
