Social icons on small navigation bar

Hello!
May I ask how do I center the social icons on the navigation bar at the top of the Hello Foxy theme as shown on the Hello You theme (this website)?  Mine are positioned lower and are not lining up with the verbiage listed to the right.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
