Hello Team,
Hope this message finds you well. I had a conversation with someone on the support team to look into my website and help fix issues, but I cannot find the private thread anywhere so I am posting the follow-up here. I notice that my issues on the website remained the same as of today and it has not been fixed as indicated prior to being looked into yesterday. Could you please let me know when it would be resolved?

Hi Jennifer and Team,
May I ask the status on my issue and when it would be resolved? I was told that it would be fixed three days ago, and it has not been fixed yet. I see a question that was posted after mine got answered, but my questions from yesterday and two days ago have not yet been resolved. I am growing concern.
