Hello, trying to take out page titles (Ex. about us) from the top of the page to insert an image.

You can use the Genesis Title Toggle plugin to remove page titles from certain pages.

thanks, does the theme allow full-page image headers?

Not as it is currently designed. You would need to modify the content or the styling on the page you are using. The other option is to use the new Gutenberg editor, which will do a full-width image or a page builder like beaver builder.
