Text Above Menus

I know how to change the menus on the header, but I don’t know where to find the place to change the text above the menu (ex: “Our Work” above Shop menu). Please let me know where I can change that.

When you go to appearance > Menus > you should be able to open up each menu item and have a description box. That box is where you add the text. If you do not see that box then you need to activate it in your wordpress. Click on the settings tab at the top right corner of the menu screen, it will pull down and make sure the description box is checked. once checked you will have the description box when you open each menu item and can add the little wording.
