Unable to access the Hello Blush blocks library

I’m currently editing the homepage of my website (Hello Blush theme), and I’m attempting to add a new block under the two “Welcome Spaces.” When I attempt to access the blocks library that comes with the Hello Blush theme, I get the following error, “Error, Unable to access library database, please try re-syncing.” As I create this ticket, I’ve tried to attach a screenshot image of the error in PNG and JPG versions but get an error that the file types are not accepted. Please advise how to resolve this error to successfully access the Hello Blush block library.

When this happens it is 1 of two items, either your host is blocking access through a server firewall, or a security block. Or there is an issue with the SSL on the site, either running an outdated SSL cert or one not configured properly.  Your host should be able to help with this.  Please let us know if they do not.
