Update Kadence?

This is probably a really silly question, but I’m newer to wordpress and want to clarify – Kadence Block & Kadence Starter Templates has updates available in my plugin dashboard – I should always update those, right?

Yes, you are safe to update. If there are ever any issues we will place out notices on our socials and through the newsletter stating to hold off on an update.
