I’m having a lot of trouble setting up a client portal. The instructions kind of leave you hanging on where to even get a client portal. I’m not sure if it’s a plugin, a separate purchase, or something I already have and just don’t know how to access.

With a client portal it is something you already have and then the template just gives you a way to make your login page branded.  Some examples of client portals would be if you use Dubsado, Accelo, Smart Vault, ZenDesk, or even a membership site.
