I added a logo but when I move the page down the logo moves and changes in size. How should I fix this?

I also want to note that even without a logo the title that I type in also moves and changes in size. Almost like it is sticking.

That is how the theme is designed. It is full size, then shrinks when the fixed navigation comes in so it is not taking up as much room.
