Featured Image not showing over Featured Video

I have inserted a featured image and made it the same size as the video even (and tried without resizing) and the featured image isn’t showing over the featured video. Any suggestions on how I can get the image to show over the video?

If a featured video is loaded it will show before a featured image.  You would want to remove the featured video from the spot, then the featured image will show and not the video.
