Homepage widgets don’t show up

Hi,
I have just purchased the Hello Coach (1) theme and am currently installing it and customizing it. Unfortunately, the home page section doesn’t show all demo widgets, such as the signup form or the welcome message. Did I download something wrong is that not included??
Also, I have set the navigation menu but it doesn’t show them on the left and right side of my logo, it only shows as a menu that you have to click on to see the categories.
I would really appreciate some help on this,

For the menu that is normal when you are on a small screen like that.  It will go to mobile.  If you close that side window you will see the normal menu.
 
for the homepage you would need to assign it.  Right now it is showing your blog as the homepage.  Go to settings – reading – and then select the homepage and blog.
