We followed all the steps but step 9 (install xml) doesn’t work and I didn’t find any file for doing step 10 (install widget demo file) https://support.helloyoudesigns.com/hello-gorgeous-2-0/

Both the XML and the WIE file are in the Demo zip folder. You would extract that folder to your desktop. Then go to Tools > Import > WordPress and import the XML. This file can take serveral mins depending on your connection. After you are done with that go to Tools > Widget Importer and import the WIE file.

I’m stuck as well the WIE file will not load. Can you please help me? The error message says : You must upload a .wie file generated by this plugin.

This will happen when your site is not up to date. The two solutions are to update everything, then load the WIE file. Or download the one click demo import plugin and import it that way.

Thank you for your suggestions but they do not seem to work. Everything seems to be up to date. I downloaded everything last week. My Hello You Designs theme might to old and I can not log in to get a newer version. Can you help me? I can’t log in ”To fix this, login to YOUR ACCOUNT AREA and download the latest version of your theme.” Thank you!
