Looking for the POST videos on the support page

The POSTS and COMMENTS & PROFILE videos are not loading for me.  I have the Hello Lovely theme.

I’m going to work on a different format for the videos this weekend.  Some browsers will time out on loading them if there is not a good connection. Hopefully breaking them up in different pages will help with this.  Should be finished by Monday.
