Where is the theme set up guide?  In my email?  In my downloads?  On the website somewhere?  There seem to be no directions about how to do this and the theme that has been loaded does not look like the demo.  I have been referred to the theme set up guide.  Where is it?

Any theme you install (not just ours) will not look like the demo until you have ran the demo imports.  Please let us know if you need additional help after viewing the setup guide.
