Uploading a new theme

I can’t remember or seem to find out how to upload a new theme. I don’t see any zip files in my download. Am I supposed to zip the files myself?

It should be downloading as a zip file, unless your computer is auto extracting it.  If that happens, you will need to recompress all of the files.  Or you can try to download it in a different browser, or turn that auto extract feature off.
