Hello!  How do you set up the woocommerce shop page… I can’t find any documentation on how to actually set it up.  I was using wooZone before with a different theme – but I don’t know how to set it up at all using my new Hello Blush theme.

With woocommerce you install  the plugin and they automatically install the pages you need.  You then add your seller information to the settings.  Then when you create a product under the product tab, it will automatically show on your shop page.  Very much like the blog page, how your posts auto show on it.  Here is the woocommerce site so you can review their docs on how to set everything up
