CSS for Shadow not working

Hello, 
 
I have the Hello Boho theme. The shadow behind the newsletter option does not work. 
I installed this theme on a fresh wordpress install and the shadow did not work before customizing the theme. 
Can you help resolve this issue?

Is this where it says “ACCESS OUR VAULT OF FREE PLANNER STICKERS!” at the bottom? You want that half to have a shadow? Can you email me login details. I can log on and see what is happening, why the drop shadow is not showing. jennifer@helloyoudesigns.com
