Hi, I have a WordPress website using the Hello Blush design. https://helloblushtheme.com/ It keeps asking me to update the template in WordPress but I’m afraid to because I love the hello blush theme. If I update it in WordPress, will it change the theme to another Kadence theme? My website is farrahhylton.com

The theme itself should not be showing an update.  Those are done manually.  If it is Kadence or wordpress that is asking for an update you should be good to update those without issue.
