How do all the links get changed on the staging site when we go live?

Hi,
So with the staging site, all the links are the staging site URL. Do I need to do anything when the site goes live to get all the URL’s changed back to the blog URL?

The company that is migrating it should change them as part of your migration. There are querys that they run to replace the temp domain links to your main domain links so you do not have to go through and change each by hand.
