Newbie … need some help please??

So firstyly, I love my theme and I wanted to say it is the best thing I have bought in a long time!! I have figured most things out myself, however, I have a few problems I am still struggling with;
My header isn’t loading on mobile devices
Can I change the top menu and bar (before scroll) colour and size
I would like a social menu in the sidetab … I can’t locate that
For some reason some links are hovering #f2d9d1 and others black?
Also can I make my header larger?
