Issues saving widgets within customizer

Hello, I have been experiencing an issue with my widget area within the customizer tool. I try to change, add, or update a widget and am met with an error message stating I am unable to save due to an invalid setting (sometimes it is 2 setting issues sometimes 1). I have gone as far as removing all the widgets (essentially starting from scratch) and trying to save but am met with the same error message. Please advise on how to correct this issue.
