How do I minimize the subscription form on the Welcome Slider and fix the Contact image in the right box?

For the Contact spot. You would go to the widget area and delete the very first widget. Right now there are 3 in that spot and why it is pushing down.

For the welcome area, the theme is styled to use the Genesis ENews plugin. It looks like you are using the mailchimp form, if so, mailchimp connects to the Genesis Enews plugin. Which will then give you the correct styling.

So I would need to add both Enews and Mailchimp Widgets?

No, you would connect your enews widget to your Mailchimp list. Here is the setup guide

Got it, thank you! Tutorials were very helpful…I’m a visual person, LOL. Where do I go to change the text and/or font/size of the words before the opt-in form?
