centralise primary nav menu

With the way this navigation is designed it will not look good to have the menu items centered, and the widget area to the right. Even though the menu is centered with in it’s allowed space it will still look off centered.

If you would like to test this, you can add this to your style sheet. Be sure to clear your hosting cache and browser cache after you make the changes.
