I cannot get the carousel to show up on my homepage. Also, when I input the text overlay, the H1 is not in script as it should be. I did add the short code to the widget area and it is not working. Do I need to add code to my theme files?

When I look at the link it looks like the default blog roll is showing, which will happen if no homepage widgets are used. Have you added the slider shortcode to the slider widget area?  If you would like you can send the login to my email at jennifer@helloyoudesigns.com
