Add WordPress Like Button to Blog Posts

Hello, I’ve been trying to figure out how to include the WordPress “like” button at the bottom of my blog posts. Everything is checked correctly in my Jetpack settings to allow for a like button and checked on all my blog posts, but I think my theme (my site uses Hello Sassafras) must be overriding it. Is there a way for me to allow the like button to show up?

Can’t think of anything that would cause that in the theme file, but would love to look at it. What is the URL?

replied 5 years ago Yes. Many WordPress blogs have a like button you can choose to display at the end of a post so people can show their appreciation even if they don’t know what to say for a comment. It looks like I have everything checked right for it to display, but it’s not showing up.
Would it be helpful if I email you some screenshots of what it usually looks like and perhaps also where I was looking at settings for the like button?
