I went to Appearance > Starter Templates my screen doesn\’t look like the one you have in the tutorial. I click import and it says \”Failed Import. Something went wrong internally. Please try again.\” I\’ve tried several times and it isn\’t working. When I go to customize my screen is white, I don\’t see the theme homepage.

This is usually caused by two things. First to check is that you are all up to date with WordPress and php. Second is plugin conflict. Some security and speed plugins will not allow the demo to import. We see this with Siteground plugins, if by chance you are using them as a host. Deactivate all plugins and then rerun. If neither fixes it, please feel free to email jennifer@helloyoudesigns.com with the url and login information.
