Block Recovery not working?

Hi Jennifer!
I’m finally getting a chance to install the gorgeous Hello Rosette theme and as I’m working through the home page it’s given me some issues I can’t figure out. Maybe it’s just that I don’t know how to deal with the blocks but several spots say “This Block contains unexpected or invalid content” but I haven’t changed them yet. So I’m not sure how that happened or how to fix it. The button to Attempt Block Recovery doesn’t seem to do anything. I click resolve and it opens the option to convert to blocks or HTML but when I click either of those, nothing happens.
Any advice? I tried to upload screenshots but the form isn’t letting me. Happy to email them to you.
