Configure Mailerlite form with Genesis E-news extended

Hi! I hope you are well! I have the Hello Chic (Genesis version) template, and am trying to set up the subscribe bit in the “Image Section 3” section. I’ve tried using the form action part of the HTML code, but it’s not working. Could you please help me out?
