Countdown coming soon page not working

If you go to the theme setup page, then view the start here section you will see a video on how to delete then add sections. Also how to move them. Essentially you select the entire block or section you want to delete, then click the three dots from the editor bar and select delete. Then to add, you select the block library and the block you want to add.
