I am looking to work from one website but incorporate my 2 brands of photography separately if that makes sense. I am a children’s photographer at this time with my current Hello Chic theme. I have started to offer senior portraits. The two brands are not cohesive and each need their own “wing” on my website. Is this possible with these themes? Essentially 2 websites in one stemming from a opening landing page?

This is possible though it would not be a theme thing.  It would be with your WordPress install.  Most will use a multisite for this.  So you have 1 main site, then sub sites.  Like this q&A is a sub site of my main Hello You site.
