Do images come with the WordPress theme?

I am looking at purchasing HelloGlam, but would like to know if the featured images are included with the theme? If not, are they available to purchase somewhere or will I need to search around to try to find something in similar styles and colors? Thanks!

The navy/marble images that you see in Hello Glam are from the scstockshop.com They do not come with the theme and would need to be purchased. She has some gorgeous images. You can change all of the colors on Glam, so you are not restricted to that Navy. Another great spot is the Hautestock.co.
