I’ve changed the Featured Image size in Genesis Settings to be 300×300. And I’ve chosen that size when I use the Featured Page widget too. And I’ve installed the thumbnail regeneration tool and ensured that it’s running. And yet, all my thumbnails are various sizes and I can’t get it to work. see attached screenshot:

Please help! Thank you,

This is theme specific and needs to be adjusted in the theme file.  I’ve sent an email about it.

Hi, I have the same issues, my featured image size is all over the place and I can’t seem to get it uniform. I also tried all of the things above. I am using the Hello Foxy theme. I’d love your help!

Thanks!

If your featured images are not the same size when you load them, then they will not display the same size. We do not apply a hard crop to our featured image size. It adjusts for the width and keeps the height ratio. To fix this, you would either need to load in the same size featured image for all of your featured images. Or apply the WordPress Thumbnail size as your featured image size and adjust the thumbnail size to be 500px by 500px or whatever height you want. Then rerun your thumbnails.
