Flodesk Won’t Integrate

Hi there, 
I’ve gone through all the troubleshooting and the step-by-steps on including my Flodesk embed code onto the site, but it won’t do the popup embed (even using the headers & footers plugin) and it doesn’t register when someone signs up via the email block either. It gives a success message but we don’t receive the email confirmation and they’re not added to our audience list. Is there some other issue we might be having since this is two different ways to embed the same code that’s having trouble? Do I need to disable something else? We didn’t have any trouble with newsletter signups on our previous theme! Thanks so much!
