Genesis Featured Page Widget

Hello, 
I am experiencing problems with the Genesis Featured Page widget. The featured image is coming up really large even when I’ve selected thumbnail. I have tried changing the featured image of the page too to the size I need but its still not working. Also the alignment is not working either, I think the because the image is coming up large. 
I am using the Hello Serendipitous theme. 
 
Please can you help.
