Hello Beauty – Home Grid 2 not showing images correctly

I\\\’ve read through the help guide, and tried all sorts of different image sizes, etc, but still am having issues with the images not appearing the correct size on the Home Grid 2 widget. I have 2 images so they should be 700×500 but the top image (no matter what image size I have tried) will extend beyond the correct height and push down the second image so that the whole home grid section is uneven. I\\\’ve set up the widgets in these sections exactly how it is shown in the help guide. what can I do?

When I view your site, the top image is not sized right. It is loaded in at 1023×1024. You would want to size it to the 700by500 for it to show correctly.

replied 6 years ago Thanks for the quick response! There is no option in the widget area to set it to 700×500. I’ve attached a screenshot in the email reply. I’ve even tried resizing the featured image to 700×500 but it doesn’t make a different.
JenniferYou need to presize it before you load it. So that would be taking the image, and cropping it to the correct size, then loading it in at the 700×500 size.
