Hello Luv top image

All of the sudden the top image 2000 x 1080 will not show up. It just disappeared. I have tried everything i know how and it is still not displaying.

This is from the latest Genesis update.  If your theme is not the latest version then the image sections do not show and colors revert back to the demo.  You can access your new files in your account area
