Hello Nouveau Social Icons
The Simple Social Icons widget in the Nav Social Menu widget area is not working correctly for me. I have the icons set to black with a gray background (which I will remove the background color once I can ever get the actual icons to appear). The icons are not showing. All I see is the gray background boxes where the icons should appear. What am I doing wrong?

This is from the host end. I’m not sure who you host with but we have been seeing it a lot on Godaddy and Bluehost. If you would like to put up the URL, I can copy and paste the error here, so when you call them you have it.
I am hosting with Godaddy. My site is https://sassyfeathersfarm.com. Thank you!
Here is the whole error

When they inspect the code, they can also find it there. Here is the link with more info on it

GoDaddy is telling me that they cannot fix this issue for me. Only a web developer or myself would be allowed to go in and add any code to the header like the link you sent me above is suggesting. Do you have any idea who might be able to get this fixed for me?
The files that need to be accessed are on the server level. It is not something that is in the cpanel, or core wordpress files, which means only godaddy could access them. I’ll double check this, but from all I’ve read that is where it points to change it.
Ok thank you. I have two websites hosted through GoDaddy. Both of them are using one of your themes. The other website works just fine, but this one does not. So I’m just not understanding why.
It is within the server settings. So I’m guessing they are not on the same server. What is the name of the two? It is a quick check to see if that is the case. If they are on the same server, then I’m wrong, and the file that needs to be adjusted should be found in your cpanel.
I have wendyrobinette.com and sassyfeathers.com. Everything works fine on the wendyrobinette.com site.
The wendy site has a DNS of 166.62.109.86 and then the sassy site is 198.71.233.44 So it does look like they are on different servers.
Hey Jennifer. So Go Daddy FINALLY got this working for me by turning off the debug setting on my website. However… they are now showing me that there is an error in the code of the theme that needs to be brought to your attention. I am emailing you a screen shot of the error code.
