Hello. I hope I can explain this correctly. I have the Hello Sassafras theme. The Demo shows 3 blog posts on the home page, then when I click the Blog post category, it shows 4. I can’t seem to find a way to get differing amounts. I only want to show 4 posts on my home page, but yet when someone clicks on a category, I would like to show 10. Right now, it shows 6 on the homepage and 6 on the category pages. Can you please tell me how to change these amounts? My blog is https://treasuredfamilytravels.com. Thank you!

There are two spots to adjust this. The first is at Genesis > Theme Settings. That one will control the Blog page.

Then go to Settings > Reading > and change that one. It controls what is shown on the archives.

That doesn’t seem to work for me. The Setting – Readings (which I have set to 10) change overrules the Genesis – Theme Settings (which I have set to 4) it seems because both places show 10. Is there anything else I can look into? Thank you.

I’ve added custom code to limit the homepage to 4. Now your archives show 10 and your actual blog page, will still be controlled by whatever # you choose under genesis settings.
