How to change headers and footers AND add and FAQ Page

Hello,
 
I am wondering how I can change the Hello Lily branding from the top and bottom of my site,  also is there an FAQ template page?

If you go to appearance > Customizer > header you can adjust the logo to your own.  Then there is not a FAQ specific page, but you would add a page and then add the FAQ blocks from the library or other similar style blocks to create a custom FAQ page.

For the footers, it is easiest to go to Appearance > Widgets > and then find the footer widgets. Doing it this way, vs the customizer, you have a larger editing view.
